We look forward to welcoming you to the Ottenhof!
So that both you and we can plan your stay as well as possible, the following booking and cancellation terms apply.
Deposit & booking
To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 50 % of the total booking price within 7 days of receiving the booking confirmation.
The remaining balance is payable during your stay.
Cancellation terms for families, couples & individual travellers
- Up to 30 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50 % cancellation fee
- 14 to 8 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
- From 7 days before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee
Cancellation terms for groups
- Up to 60 days before arrival: free cancellation
- 59 to 30 days before arrival: 50 % cancellation fee
- 29 to 15 days before arrival: 70 % cancellation fee
- From 14 days before arrival: 90 % cancellation fee
For group bookings, a subsequent reduction in the number of guests booked counts as a partial cancellation. The cancellation fees refer to the price of the cancelled services.
Refund of the deposit
In the case of a free cancellation, the deposit already paid will be refunded in full.
In the case of a cancellation subject to a fee, the deposit will be offset against the cancellation fee. If the cancellation fee is lower than the deposit, the difference will be refunded. If the cancellation fee exceeds the deposit, the difference must be paid.
No-show & early departure
If you do not arrive without cancelling in advance, 90 % of the agreed total price will be charged as a cancellation fee.
In the case of early departure, the statutory and validly agreed rules for services not used apply.
Travel cancellation insurance
As something unforeseen can always happen, we recommend that our guests take out travel cancellation insurance.
Thank you for your understanding – we look forward to welcoming you to the Ottenhof!
